Kitty Trial

Eddie and I attempted to own a little kitten. We decided we would try it out and if it didn't work we would bring back to our friend/cousin. well it didn't work. Not even 24 hours later I couldn't handle having a kitten in the house. I couldn't stand it's little claws digging into me and that we couldn't allow it to roam the house ( so it wouldn't destroy furniture) and if we were not home(which is most of the time) it had to stay in this small little box. So I told Eddie it just had to go. No animals until we have a yard and it will probably be a dog not a cat. Trial = Fail or I guess you could say success, however you look at it. It was a very cute kitten though.

Flagstaff Attempt #2

Eddie myself and our cousin shawna traveled up to flagstaff to see the grandfalls. It is the biggest falls in Arizona but no one seems to know of it. Eddie called the number povided to see if the falls were flowing with the melting of the snow and we were told it was....so we planned this exciting weekend trip to see it for the second time hoping THIS TIME it would be filled with flowing water. My sister, her husband and two kids came along with us and we met up with our friend Greg who lives in Flagstaff. We all camped together, my sister and her kids in their awesome new tent and the other four of us in mine and Eddies awesome new tent. We got there super late at night but readied the camping grounds. We all woke up around 6 in the morning and enjoyed visiting around the fire and hanging out till we left. The falls unfortunaterly ended up being dry and it was sad looking but we thank Greg for driving us on the 9 mile crazy road there and we enjoyed lunch at the falls. On the car ride home heading out of flag we stopped by montezuma's castle. It's always wonderful enjoying the history of this world and the people who lived before us. Maybe one day we will see the falls flowing with water!!!!

Crazy fun!!

I LOVE taking pictures of the grandkids in my family or my nieces and nephews. They make me laugh so hard. They always have words they can't pronounce correctly and everyone lets it be cause it's halarious or they have that really funny dance move they like to show off. Having pictures of my nieces and nephews makes me smile but also reminds me how much work it is to have kids and that I am not ready to bare one myself......hahaha I love letting their parent's take them home at the end of play time and I love feeding them foods they probably shouldn't have. It's great having family and I'm so grateful I can see them often!

Videos of kids are typically more funny when you know them personally so sorry if you don't find these funny but I know these little stinkers and I love to watch these videos so I thought would share some of the things that make me smile!


This video could be a bit annoying but if you know lukie it's just halarious. There were people in the kitchen and he was trying to get their attention. No one heard his whimper so he whipped out the fit. He always grabs his ears and bangs his head on the ground while he is screaming to get people's attention. I didn't get the head bangingbut I sure got his temper tantrum


Carter is absolutey halarious!!!!! He loves to sing the black eyes peas song "I gotta feeling" I tried so many times to get him to sing it for me and he knew what I was trying to do so of course he was difficult about it. i finally told him he should sing it for eddie (my husband) and it convinced him. He is totally off pitch but who cares....it's awesome!!!!



Carter also likes to do something called "booty call" or abut smackin. It's absolutely halarious and we should probably teach him to not do it anymore but you know....it's just one of those halarious things you want to see again and again. He was trying to give his cousin Lindsay a butt smackin which didn't quite but it's funny watching them start to giggle and giggle about chasing after eachother even though they get lost in the process of what they are doing.


I wanted to send my husband a video while he was work of my nephew carter. It turned out perfect, although he seemed as if he didn't quite know where the camera was. It gave me a good laugh and I was happy to send it to Eddie to make him smile!!!

Diamondbacks Game

With Eddie and I loving sports we decided to go to a spring training diamondbacks game. It was in their stadium in scottsdale which is really awesome. It has two grassy areas where people brings blankets to sit on and enjoy the game. Eddie and I decided to invite all who wanted to come in my family and had a few of them decide to join us. I had a blast spending time with my family, getting my first sun burn of the season and watching the D-backs play. Of course we tried to keep Eddie out of the sun with his pale skin so sensitive to the sun so he was covered by a blanket most the time while I was rollin up my sleeves. ;)

Edward James!!

I cherish the pictures I have of my handsome husband of when he was younger. I hope my boys look just like him!!! It's hard to come across them let alone have copies of them. I was proud of myself for learning how to scan them onto my computer. I thought I would so something creative with them but haven't done anything except post them on my blog!! I look at them often to remind me of the special man I was blessed with. I love my husband dearly and am so grateful for the wonderful life he shares with me. Here are a few of his childhood days.
